Welcome to Linguaq ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hasan Özgür Elmaslı ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered. By accessing or using the App, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple App Store’s terms of service and usage rules.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Types

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription: Recurs every month.
• Yearly Subscription: Recurs every year.
• Lifetime Subscription: One-time payment for lifetime access. This subscription does not renew automatically.

3.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions: Automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime Subscription: Requires a single, one-time payment and does not renew automatically.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your account settings on the Apple App Store.

3.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise in our refund policy.
